SUNDAY NIGHT K-GROUPS

"They devoted themselves to the apostles' teaching and to fellowship (koinonia), to the breaking of bread and to prayer." Acts‬ ‭2:42‬

koinonia: fellowship, communion, association, partnership, oneness of purpose

During these past 40 days God has prompted my heart with the Truth of scripture about our fellowship (church body). Our church body is a family focused, loving fellowship. Imagine if we were more connected, more loving, and served each other and others more. As I pray and search the scriptures, glimpses of the fellowship of believers in the book of Acts and the letters of Paul jump out to me as something we could pray more about and apply more. Imagine people meeting weekly and monthly in homes praying, worshipping, studying, and having sincere fellowship (koinonia). Through our Sunday school and small groups, I would like for us to create K-Groups, to better support the Love of Jesus, His kingdom work, the Great Commission for greater kingdom purpose and closeness with each other. These K-Groups (koinonia...fellowship) would be an outflow of our Sunday morning Bible Study groups and friendship connections that we already have.

Looking for a K-Group?

Most of our K-Groups are created out of our Sunday School classes. If you are part of a Sunday School class, you should be able to join a K-Group through them. If you are not a part of a Sunday School class, and would like to join a K-Group, reach out to Pastor Mike, who has started a K-Group for those not in SS classes.
