The Woman and the Dragon

Revelation 12:1-17; Romans 9:4-5; Isaiah 14:12-15; Daniel 8:9-11, 10:13-14

Two signs appear in heaven in this vision. The first is of a woman, symbolizing the nation of Israel birthing a child, Jesus the Messiah. The second is of a dragon, Satan. He is the great deceiver. The war that breaks out is the Great War throughout history between God and Satan.
