The Great Prostitute and the Beast
Revelation 17:1-18; 2 Peter 1:21; Jeremiah 51:54-56; Daniel 2:41-42
The prostitute in this passage represents Satan's adulterous system of religion. People try to appear to be in connection with God, but are actually extremely far from Him. Power, pride, false worship and material possessions are their mantra. They will perish along with their leadership and their religion.
