Character of a Genuine Servant Leader

1 Timothy 3:8-13

In Paul's first letter to his young friend Timothy, he includes a description of the character of a genuine servant leader. While we have adopted this as a standard for those in the church who hold the office of a Deacon, shouldn't all servants of God meet the same criteria?
